You can create a digital signature using docHubs e-signature solution. Simply click the review link and opt to digitally sign. From there, select a signature source and name, then sign in to apply your digital signature. Next, you can preview your signature and authenticate it if you are satisfied with how it looks.
1. Mac Open the PDF file you need to sign in Preview. Click on the toolbox icon in the upper right-hand corner. Click on the signature icon. Then click on Create Signature at the bottom of the list to begin tracking your signature. Youll see two options Trackpad and Camera. Record your signature.
In the Mail app on your Mac, click the Signature pop-up menu in the message youre writing. Choose a signature. If an expected signature isnt in the Signature pop-up menu, or the menu isnt showing, choose Mail Settings, click Signatures, then verify the signature has been added to the correct email account.
Add text: Tap Add Text Form Box, drag the text box where you want it on the form, then enter text using the onscreen keyboard. Add your signature: Tap Add Signature, sign your name with your finger, then tap Done. Drag your signature where you want it to appear on the document.
In the Markup toolbar, tap the pen, marker, or pencil tool, then write or draw with your finger or Apple Pencil (on supported iPad models). While writing or drawing, do any of the following: Change the line weight: Tap the selected drawing tool in the toolbar, then choose an option.
This is located in the toolbar at the very top of your screen. Click on Annotate Signatures Manage Signatures. All of these buttons are located within the Tools dropdown menu. Click on Create Signature.
Creating a digital signature in Microsoft Word Open Microsoft Word on your Mac. Go to the Insert tab and click Signature Line. A dialog box will appear. Input your full name. Add a job title or contact info. Choose if you want to show the date. Now your digital signature is ready!
