Revisit the original source file The best and easiest way to sharpen a PDF image is to simply scan the original document again.
Use docHub Pro: Open PDF that has blurry images in Acobat Pro. Click Edit PDF on the menu to the right (pink button toward the top for me) Right click the photos that are blurry (one at a time) and select Replace Image, and select the appropriate clear/quality/high def image.
In the Notes app , you can attach, view, edit, and collaborate on PDFs, including documents you scanned into a note. Annotate or sketch directly on PDFs and scanned documents in your note. You can even preview multiple PDFs in the same note.
Go to Filter and then Noise on the main menu. Select Despeckle. This option helps to smooth out the pixels in your image. Press the CTRL and F keys two or three times to further speckle the image. If you despeckle the image any more than four times, it will probably start to blur past recognition.
Open the website or app and log in to your account. Upload the document you want to upgrade the resolution of. You can do this by clicking on the Upload button and selecting the file from your computer or cloud storage. Once the document is uploaded, click on the Upgrade Resolution option.
