Follow the steps to share your template

  1. Begin by opening your web browser and navigating to the DocHub website. Log in to your account using your credentials.
  2. Once logged in, locate the template you wish to share. You can do this by accessing your documents or searching through your saved templates.
  3. After selecting the desired template, open it in the editor. Here, you can make any necessary adjustments or modifications to the document.

Save forms as templates Open a form and select or fill the fields that have almost identical values every time you use it. You can include an attachment with the template that you typically add when you fill the form. Select the Save as Template. icon. Specify the name of the template and select Save.
The created sign template is stored in your docHub Document Cloud account. The Recent section at the bottom area of the Home page lists all the templates youve created recently. Alternatively, to see the list of all your templates, click Documents in the top-menu bar, and then click Templates.
Convert PDF files to Word documents using docHub Open a PDF file in Acrobat. Click on the Export PDF tool in the right pane. Choose Microsoft Word as your export format, and then choose Word Document.
Save a template To save a file as a template, click File Save As. Double-click Computer or, in Office 2016 programs, double-click This PC. Type a name for your template in the File name box. For a basic template, click the template item in the Save as type list. In Word for example, click Word Template. Click Save.
Create a PDF Template Select the Output tab. Expand the sidebar and select Templates. In the Templates panel, click the + icon next to Templates and select PDF Template. Specify a name for the template in the New PDF Template dialog. Click Done. The new template is created and added in the Templates panel.
Login to your account and click on the Templates tab. Click on the Create Template button. Choose the document you want to turn into a template. You can upload a file from your computer, import from cloud storage, or select from your existing documents.
Go to the File menu and select Save As. In the Save As window, select PDF from the Save as type dropdown menu. Click the Options button. In the PDF Options window, select the Use as Template checkbox.
In docHub, go to Manage Templates and select the template from the list. Then click on the Edit Template. Then in the right-hand pane, open the drop-down for Template Properties. Go to Who can use and select the radio button for the sharing options required.
