Share PDFs Open a PDF in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader and select Share in the upper-right corner.
To share your screen with your PDF reader in a call, youll need to follow these steps: Open your PDF in your PDF reader, and leave it open. Begin your video call. Select the screen-sharing option. Select the PDF reader as the screen youd like to share. Select View Full Screen.
Save PowerPoint presentations as PDF files Select File Export. Click Create PDF/XPS Document, then click Create PDF/XPS. In the Publish as PDF or XPS dialog box, choose a location to save the file to. Optionally, if you want to change what the final PDF file is like, do any of the following: Click Publish.
Share your screen (Participant) Ask a host to select your name in the Attendees pod and click Request to Share Screen. An alert appears on your screen that says Begin Sharing Desktop? Click Start. Set Screen sharing options. Click the Share button at the bottom of the Start Screen Sharing window to begin sharing.
Share PDFs Open a PDF in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader and select Share in the upper-right corner. By default, the People can comment on this file switch is turned on. To share the file only for viewing, select the switch to turn it off. You can share a PDF file using any one of the following methods:
Copy, paste, and send the PDF link In Drive, select your file. Click Share . Click Copy link and click Done. Send the modified PDF link. When you click the link, you (or anyone else) can download a PDF copy of your file.
Present PDF Under the View tab, click Full Screen Mode. This will start the presentation. In order to end the presentation before its finished, press Esc.
