Share PDFs Open a PDF in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader and select Share in the upper-right corner. By default, the People can comment on this file switch is turned on. To share the file only for viewing, select the switch to turn it off. You can share a PDF file using any one of the following methods:
Select the file you want to share. Click Share or Share . Under General access click the Down arrow . Choose Anyone with the link. To decide what role people will have, select Viewer, Commenter, or Editor. Click Copy link. Click Done. Paste the link in an email or any place you want to share it.
Scan documents as PDFs on an Android device and open the Drive app. Tap New. Scan . When youre done scanning, tap OK. (Optional) To scan multiple pages, tap Bulk add. OK. Tap Save. Enter a name for the file, choose a Drive account to save the file to and a Drive folder, and tap Save.
Open the Google Docs document that you want to convert to PDF format. Click the ellipses () menu at the top-right corner and choose Share export. Click Send a Copy, then choose PDF.
How do I send a PDF form for filling? You can send or distribute your PDF form right from within Acrobat. Open the form and click Distribute. Choose how you want to collect the responses - in your email Inbox or on a server.
Click the Share with Others icon. Enter the names or emails of the recipients. Add a message if you want to. Choose whether to allow comments or not by clicking the icon. Add a Deadline if you want to. Click Send. Recipients will receive an email with a link to the PDF.
To do so, follow these steps: Open the Google Docs or Google Drive app on your Android phone. Open the document that you want to convert to a PDF version. Click the ellipses () menu at the top-right corner and choose Share Export. Tap on Save As PDF Document, then click OK.
Open your Google Doc. Click File in the top toolbar. Hover your cursor over Download. Select PDF Document (. Select File in the top toolbar, then click Print. Hover over Email, then choose Email this file. Add the desired email address in the To section, as well as the subject line and any body text you want to include.
