Open docHub and choose Tools Prepare Form. Select the file you want to convert into a fillable PDF form, and click Start. Acrobat will automatically detect form fields and add them to your document. You can add more fields by selecting the Add a Text Field button from the toolbar.
Click the Share with Others icon. Enter the names or emails of the recipients. Add a message if you want to. Choose whether to allow comments or not by clicking the icon. Add a Deadline if you want to. Click Send. Recipients will receive an email with a link to the PDF.

3 steps to share a PDF on a PC Open your PDF in Acrobat. Find the sharing options in the toolbar (top-right corner). Choose how you want to share (link, email, or invitation). To create a shared document online, first create the document in a tool that supports collaboration.
