How to make a PDF editable with Acrobat. Navigate to the Edit PDFs tool. Click the Select a file button to upload your PDF. After the file uploads, sign in with your docHub account. Use the toolbar to add text, comments, sticky notes, highlights, and more. Download the edited PDF or get a shareable link.
You can send your PDF documents as an attachment in an email. In Windows, choose Send as Attachment Webmail or Default Email Application Continue to launch the appropriate program. On macOS, click the Send file by email button in the top right and choose to send via your Default email application or Webmail.
Click the Share with Others icon. Enter the names or emails of the recipients. Add a message if you want to. Choose whether to allow comments or not by clicking the icon. Add a Deadline if you want to. Click Send. Recipients will receive an email with a link to the PDF.
Share PDFs Open a PDF in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader and select Share in the upper-right corner. By default, the People can comment on this file switch is turned on. To share the file only for viewing, select the switch to turn it off. You can share a PDF file using any one of the following methods:

Option 1: Use PDF presentation mode. Open your PDF in docHub. Select File Preferences Full Screen View to select options for your presentation. Select View Full Screen.
Open Microsoft Outlook and compose a new email. Click on the Insert tab on the ribbon. From the Insert tab, select Attachment or File Attachment and select the PDF file you want to attach. The PDF file will appear as an attachment in the email.
