[Music] hi this is dr emily from facultyworkshop.com and in this video im going to show you how to email a google doc go ahead and open your google doc go over to file select email and select email this file now once you click on this youre going to be provided with a prompt to put an email address so were going to just type in a sample email address and then were going to type in a message and then if you look at the very bottom of the screen youre going to have an option to email this google doc as a pdf or you can also change the file format so if you want people to be able to edit the document you can send it to them as a word document rta for open document in this particular case i dont want people to edit this document so i can go ahead and send it as a pdf so weve got that checked and then simply click on send and this is how you can email a google doc to somebody either as a pdf or as a word document if you found this video useful please give it a thumbs up and subscribe
