How to Use OneDrive to Send Attachments Open a new email by clicking New. Click Attach. Choose a file to attach from either your OneDrive or your computer. To attach a file from OneDrive: select the document from OneDrive and then click Next.
Re: Can we share a PDF files in team meeting ? By default, Teams and channels is selected to choose a PDF file. If you want to choose a PDF that is not on your Teams and Channels, click the drop-down menu and choose a PDF from your OneDrive account, or upload a PDF from your computer, and then click Share.
Copy, paste, and send the PDF link In Drive, select your file. Click Share . Click Copy link and click Done. Send the modified PDF link. When you click the link, you (or anyone else) can download a PDF copy of your file.
Share a document Select Share. Select Link settings. Choose the permissions you want: Anyone with the link. People in [your organization] Choose if you want to Allow editing. Select Apply. Type in names or email addresses for those you want to share with. Add a message if you want. Select Send.
From the Office 365 Portal (Portal.office.com) From the OneDrive app, pick the file or folder you want to share by selecting the circle to the left of the file/folder. 2. Click the Share icon to the right of the file name OR click Share in the toolbar.
Open your file and tap Share. Tap Share as link. Select whether to allow your users to edit the file or just view it. Select your email service, and then enter the email addresses of the people who will share your file.
