hey there folks my name is dan bell and today were going to talk about microsoft teams file management file management with microsoft teams which actually uses a sharepoint document library provides really a host of options for working collaboratively on all sorts of documents and were going to take a look at those right now first up is going to be uploading files and what we want to do is navigate to the team team channel that we want to upload that document to and select files tab so currently im in x1050 launch team on the general channel layer and what i want to do is select files here and you can see that currently i have some files already uploaded in this particular library when i click the upload button i can select either a single files or a folder so just for instance if i want to upload a folder worth of documents i can go ahead and select folder and then i can actually look for a certain photo that might have multiple documents in here and select that and upload that and

To create a shared document online, first create the document in a tool that supports collaboration. Then, navigate to the sharing settings for the document and select the option to allow anyone with the link to edit. This option can typically be found in the Sharing or Access settings for the document.
Heres how it works: Open your PDF in Acrobat on a PC or a Mac. Select the Share With Others button in the top toolbar. Add the email addresses of your recipients.
3 steps to share a PDF on a PC Open your PDF in Acrobat. Find the sharing options in the toolbar (top-right corner). Choose how you want to share (link, email, or invitation). Depending on your step 3 selection, either copy and paste the link or enter the names and emails of anyone you want to share the PDF with.
How to make a PDF editable with Acrobat. Navigate to the Edit PDFs tool. Click the Select a file button to upload your PDF. After the file uploads, sign in with your docHub account.
