good day everyone in this video today i will show you how to send a pdf as a link so to do this firstly lets go to my desktop i will be sending this pdf ass link which is all for me so the next thing for you to do is to open any browser on your pc so im using this chrome browser so when done log into your gmail account and log into any gmail account of your choice as you can see right here ive logged into these gmail accounts so the next thing for you to do is to click on this icon right here which is the google apps so after clicking on it you can then click on drive so a new tab will be open which is the one loading right here so lets give it time for it to load after it has done loading the next thing for you to do is to click on new which is this one right here click on it then file upload so you can select the location where you have the pdf file so i have it on my desktop as you can see is pdf file it is a all for me click on it so click on open to continue so right now as y

Transfer PDFs more securely. Launch Acrobat and select the Protect tool from the Tools menu. Choose your protection settings. Once youve protected your file, save it as a separate copy for safekeeping. Select Share With Others from the top toolbar. Add the recipients email addresses. Select Send to share your file.
By Using Encryption Encrypting PDF files to prevent unauthorized sharing is a widespread practice. A lot of organizations use encryption to secure stored PDF files either locally or in the cloud, or when the files are being sent to another user through an email system.
A password prevents people from altering a PDF, but it doesnt prevent anyone from sharing it, opening it, or spreading it.
Use PDF editing software. On the top toolbar, click Tools Protect Encrypt Encrypt with Password. Check the box next to Require a password to open the document. Choose a password in the text block. Select a compatibility encryption level from the drop-down menu (needs to match the receivers version of Acrobat).
Send your documents with PDF software. Open the Acrobat app. Navigate to the PDF you wish to send. Tap the send icon on the top right portion of the screen. In the new dialog box, you have the option to share via email, or you can send a copy via AirDrop, Messages, or other third-party apps such as WhatsApp.
PDF to HTML conversion. Open the file you want to convert in your PDF editor. Select the Create Edit button on the right-side toolbar. Click Export PDF at the top of the window. Choose HTML Web Page and select your options. Click Export and choose the folder where you want to save your new page.
Open your PDF in Acrobat. Find the sharing options in the toolbar (top-right corner). Choose how you want to share (link, email, or invitation). Depending on your step 3 selection, either copy and paste the link or enter in the names and emails of anyone you want to share the PDF with.
Instructions Open your PDF in Acrobat. Navigate to Edit Preferences. Select the Documents tab. Check Save As optimizes for Fast Web View. Select OK.
