make it so! Hi everyone this is jeff of TAOFLEDERMAUS Several viewers have asked me to try to shoot a slug that is a cube-shaped so we came up with this design we call it the BORG bullet The slug is made out of lead i actually made a mold and cast them myself this sides measure half an inch and the slug weights 9/10th of an ounce or 24 grams one of the big problems is a square peg doesnt fit into a round hole very efficiently as you see theres a lot of wasted space but since we are more concerned about the diagonal measurement thats the largest size key by can actually fit into a 12-gauge shotgun i posted a photo of these slugs on my Facebook page last week and it gave me a pretty good idea what people thought a cube slug would do absolutely zero people said it would be accurate - since they didnt have hindsight like you do right now. some people said it would become lodged in the barrel and a couple people said the gun would actually blow up and we will be shooting is through a

The BTHP is designed for rapid expansion and fragmentation, causing massive wound trauma on target without overpenetration. As a result, this cartridge is a great round for home or personal defense in highly populated urban settings.
Common Types of Handgun Bullets Roundnose Lead: Good penetration, little expansion. Full Metal Jacket: High penetration, no expansion. Semi-Wad Cutter: Balances penetration and expansion. Hollowpoint: Designed for high expansion on impact. Wad Cutter: Flat-ended, used for target shooting; creates clean hole in paper.
What is a Boat Tail Bullet? A boat tail bullet (left) next to a flat base FMJ round. Whereas a normal rifle bullet has straight sides that end in a flat base, a boat tail bullet has sides that taper inward toward the base. The boat tail name describes it well because it looks like the stern of a sailboat.
17 Different Types of Bullets and Their Uses Plated Bullets. Plated bullets are our bread and butter here at Berrys. Full Metal Jacket Bullets. Lead Bullets. Round Nose Bullets. Hollow-Point Bullets. Boat Tail Bullets. Rifle Bullets. Armor-Piercing Bullets.
Select and hold the Alt key on the numeric keypad. Type the bullet alt code (0149) in sequence using the numeric keypad. Release the Alt key after typing the numeric code to insert the first bullet point in the document. Repeat for the second bullet point and so on.
Flat-base bullets are inherently more accurate than boattail bullets because it is almost impossible to put boattails on perfectly. Even so, over long range, a boattails ballistic benefits outweigh any manufacturing flaws.
The hollow point boat tail bullet (HP-BT) also known as the boat tail hollow point or BTHP ammo is primarily a rifle ammunition used for hunting big game at long range, and is sometimes used as a coyote and wolf ammo.
A commonly used symbol to represent a bullet point is a centered dot ( ), but many different symbols and characters can be used in bullet point lists. Sometimes, bulleted lists even use numbers and/or letters.
The basic components of ammunition are the case, primer, powder, and projectile(s). Shotshells have an additional component called wad.
Three common bullet types are: Full metal jacket (FMJ) commonly used for target shooting and competition. Hollow point (HP) commonly used for self defense. Soft point (SP) commonly used for self defense.
