in this video you will see how to make text box transparent in word document as you can see i have a black background and this is the transparent text box as you can see if i move down it is transparent but when i place it on the black background the text becomes visible its very easy lets get started first go up to the insert tab and you will see the option text box click on the drop down menu to open the text box options and select draw text box now draw a text box of the desired size and type what you want inside the text box select the text box and under the format center align the text now as you can see this text box has a white background now we will remove the white background right click on the text box and click on format shape i will select here the text color white so you can see it under the fill option select no fin and as you can see the background color has been removed and the text is appearing you can actually control the transparency from here if you want less tran
