hi friends i wanted to show you how i grab the color codes when im working in a program like microsoft powerpoint it has a feature where you can put in the actual color code but i have figured out a way i can get the color code out of it as well if i dont know what it is so here ill show you on the screen i have a logo and i drew a shape and you can see ive already selected one of my colors for it but how did i even do it what i did was i drew a shape so you could insert a shape any of these that have a little fill in them and then what i did was go to the shape format the shape fill and theres an eyedropper tool and you can actually click this eyedropper and then click on any color in your graphics and pick that color up you can see ive been playing with this and ive got a few versions of my color lets see if it gets the right color for me this time let me go ahead and look at more fill colors here just to start you see here is the red green blue values and theres the hex co

In Microsoft PowerPoint for Windows we can change or set RGB colors easily. While changing the background or color properties, click More Colors and then choose Custom tab in the dialog box. This will show a popup where you need to choose RGB color model and then you can enter the RGB values.

Pull down the menu by Fill and choose More colors. Then click on the button for sliders and choose RGB sliders. From there you can enter the numbers; however the numbers are in decimal so youll have to convert your HEX to decimal.
You will have to press More Options and this action will activate the popup Colors. Now you will need to press the second icon button Color Slider and choose the option RGB Slider in the combo box. Now you have access to the input field Hex Colors where RGB values should be specified.
Hex color values are available in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Visio, Project, Access, and OneNote to users running Insider Fast version 2003 (Build 12607.20000) or later on Windows.
