Also called alt tags and alt descriptions, alt text is the written copy that appears in place of an image on a webpage if the image fails to load on a users screen. This text helps screen-reading tools describe images to visually impaired readers and allows search engines to better crawl and rank your website.
The difference between image title and the image alt tag is that image alt tag is mainly for web accessibility, screen readers, and search engines while image titles are for the users. An image alt tag can be read by a screen reader for better web accessibility and usability.
Image title is basically the name of your image. Like alt text, it lets users and search engines know whats in the picture. Unlike alt text, the image title is not displayed when the image is missing or not loaded properly. Instead, it is displayed when the user hovers their mouse over the image.
Write good Alt Text to describe images Add alt text all non-decorative images. Keep it short and descriptive, like a tweet. Dont include image of or photo of. Leave alt text blank if the image is purely decorative. Its not necessary to add text in the Title field.
The tag defines the title of the document. The title must be text-only, and it is shown in the browsers title bar or in the pages tab. The tag is required in HTML documents!
The classic convention for titling an image is to identify the subject (name the person, place or thing) and add the date of creation: if its a photograph use the date of exposure; if its a painting use the date of completion; if its a composite photograph default to the latter; if its an image of a historic event
In the context of the image tag, alt text is used to describe visual elements to users who cant see them, either because the image failed to load or because they are using a screen-reader. The image title attribute is only visible on mouse-over and displays just the image title.
Aim for 70-100 characters long (roughly 12 words) Do not stuff in variations of your keywords. Ensure it describes what is in the image, not just what you want to rank for.

This can be done by enclosing the image and text in an HTML div. Then make the position of div relative and that of text absolute. The absolute elements are positioned relative to their parent (div).
