For this you can either fill a container with enough vinegar to completely cover the stain, and place the item in to soak, or, you can mix several tablespoons of white vinegar and your favorite laundry detergent in a bucket of water and soak the stain overnight.
Mix 1 tablespoon vinegar with 2/3 cup rubbing alcohol. Use a clean cloth or rag to blot the stain with rubbing alcohol solution. Continue blotting until liquid is absorbed and stain disappears. Launder normally.
Apply white vinegar to the area, let it soak in for a couple minutes. Pour salt onto the stained area, then work it in with your fingers. Put the garment in the sun and let it air dry. Wash as usual. Check to see if the stains gone, repeat the steps if not.
Typically, cold water works great on blood, as well as food, beverages and water-based paint, while hot water works best on protein-based stains. Unfortunately, theres no golden rule to stain removal. For example, most food stains should be soaked in cold water, unless its egg, mustard or a tomato-based product.
