notice in my multiple-choice that my answer choices are getting a little long my rule of thumb is if you have more than four answer choices in a multiple choice question to instead use a drop-down so notice since I have more than four Im going to come to the three dots and choose drop down and lets see what that looks like Im gonna preview up at the top and instead of the multiple choice options being listed I have a drop down list

In a computer GUI, a drop-down menu is a menu that offers a list of options. The title of the menu, or the currently-selected item in the list, is always displayed. When the visible item is clicked, other items from the list drop-down are shown and the user can choose from those options.
You can create that by clicking the dropdown in the upper right-hand corner of the form that currently displays Multiple choice. From the dropdown list, select Multiple choice grid.
Insert a combo box or a drop-down list Go to Developer Combo Box Content Control or Drop-Down List Content Control . Select the content control, and then select Properties. To create a list of choices, select Add under Drop-Down List Properties. Type a choice in Display Name, such as Yes, No, or Maybe.

Click the box in the upper right corner of the question field. Then select Dropdown. Now you can add items for your dropdown list by clicking Add option.
