okay so i've got this batch of weather data from 2010 um and i want to find the low temperature in that range um so i can look at these things and if these things had headers then i would pretty quickly know what they are but i'll tell you what they are since they don't this is just the weather station that's the name of the station the state and kind of that's the date this is the precipitation and uh this would be the high temperature and the low temperature for each day so what i want to do is i want to find of all this range of days which one of these had the lowest temperature and for the sake of argument i'm using a fairly small table but let's assume it's it's very very long so just looking through it wouldn't make a lot of sense so this is where lists can come in handy um because we have all of these items that are comma delimited so we can start playing with this data and uh just like we've done with strings in the past but then take the data that we need and move it into a l...
