hi and welcome to this powershell tutorial video in this video this is actually a request from uh willy who sent me an email about this uh and also aaa had left a comment about this as well but how to filter um a csv file based on the date so we have a csv file here where all we have is just id names and birth dates i have the birth dates all set to the same day uh just different years for simplicity of creating the file and then we have a whole bunch of city names here so all these names are completely made up if they end up being your name i am completely sorry these were just names that i kind of combined together uh from people that i know and some movie characters as you could probably tell so were going to be taking this file and were just going to be being able to like filter and only select uh the birth dates that we want um basically after a certain year or in between a couple years and then they wanted to know how to export that into a filtered csv file so lets go ahead a
