Hey speed demons, I was recently making a huge mistake in my PowerPoint slides and thankfully I caught myself manually replacing all my fonts, which was taking me forever. So I want to quickly talk about how to replace all the fonts on all of your PowerPoint slides. I want to talk about where it works, where it doesnt work, and most importantly, how to fix bad fonts from continuing to show up within your presentation. So even after I had fixed my fonts in a number of my decks, I was still getting these bad fonts. So I do want to make the point that just because you replace fonts within your presentation, and Ill show you where this is in PowerPoint in a second, does not mean all right? How to Format Text in PowerPoint. You can use the Font group of the Home tab to change the way the text in your presentation appears by changing the font type, size, color, and style.
Click View Slide Master. On the Slide Master tab, click the Fonts drop-down menu. Select the font you want to use for all the slides in the presentation. You dont have to choose from the pre-defined font pairs on the menu; choose Customize Fonts at the bottom of the menu to select your own fonts.

Change the font On the View tab, click Slide Master. On the Slide Master tab, click Fonts, and then click the font that you want for the theme. You can change the fonts for your presentation at any time in Slide Master view.
