Saving in Microsoft Excel Open a . CSV document in Microsoft Excel. Click File. Select Save As Select File Type as CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (. csv). Click Save. If prompted, choose Keep Current Format.
To edit your csv files, we strongly advise you to use a simple text editor such as Notepad++ or Sublime Text. Using Excel to edit your files is more complex: Excel renders certain values such as ICCID or IMEI in numbers and truncates them, leading to information being not easily usable.
To clear up storage, export and then delete contacts you dont need. Go to Google Contacts. Select one of the following: A single contact: Check the box next to the contact name.
