Method 3: Insert Different Watermarks on Specific Pages Firstly, insert watermarks into all pages of the document. Next put cursor at the start of page 2 and click Page layout. Then click Breaks and choose Continuous. Similarly, use the same step to insert a continuous break at the start of page 4.
Insert a watermark on just one page Select where you want the watermark to be on the page. Select Design Watermark right-click the watermark you want, and select Insert at Current Document Position. The watermark appears as a text box.

This will appear on the first page of the document. If you want it to appear on every page in the document, from the Watermark dropdown, click Custom Watermark.

Put a watermark on all pages Go to Design Watermark Custom Watermark. Choose Picture Watermark and select a picture, or choose Text watermark and type your watermark text in the Text box. Select OK.
Step 1 Open a word document in which you want to add a watermark. Step 2 Click the Page Layout tab and then click the Watermark button to display a list of standard watermark options. Step 3 You can select any of the available standard watermarks by simply clicking over it.
Put a watermark on all pages Go to Design Watermark Custom Watermark. Choose Picture Watermark and select a picture, or choose Text watermark and type your watermark text in the Text box. Select OK.
Select where you want the watermark to be on the page. Select Design Watermark right-click the watermark you want, and select Insert at Current Document Position. The watermark appears as a text box.
Put your cursor over the watermark until you see a 4-way arrow. Select the watermark. Press the Delete key on your keyboard. Repeat as necessary to remove all watermarks.
