And before we jump into this, as full disclosure, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. My HR department requires me to say this because Im going to be talking about a Microsoft product today. Now you might be wondering, well, hey, I could just use the camera app on my phone to take a picture of the document and that works fine. For example, here I am on my iPhone and I have this document and I can go ahead and lets take a quick picture of it. The thing though is its not the best quality for a scan and there are some apps out there that can take much better photos of documents. And today I want to show you one of them called the Office app made by Microsoft. Now this app will work on either an Android phone or an iPhone. If youre using an Android, the best way to scan documents is through the Google Drive app. You can scan documents directly into Google Drive by tapping the + button in the lower-right corner of the home screen.

The most notable difference between document scanning and digital imaging is that document scanning makes a digital copy of an existing file as-is. Whereas digital imaging offers the opportunity to alter information on the file after being scanned to digital format.
How to separate PDF pages on an iPhone. Open your PDF and tap the share icon. Select Print. From there, select Range and specify which pages will be the starting ones and which will be the ending ones. Choose Print. Select an app or choose Save to Files.
