hey guys tony here so i cant stress the importance of getting your plan of care signed and returned into the medical record its just so important especially for medicare so heres the deal ive got an initial evaluation um im sitting here literally at my fax machine what im gonna do i want you guys to see the process its really not that big of a deal let me im gonna type in where im sending it okay put my paper in there hit send its sucking it through and then what ive got here i just printed a blank one just so i dont violate any privacy its a facts log and so what im going to do is im going to grab my pen im sending the fax you can hear it its dialing right now and then on my fax log i put todays date so like there the fax was ringing busy now this is important because that could be something where i just send it and i think its gone but then it was busy and it doesnt go through so ive got my date sent ive got a blank area for the date return im going to put in
