hey everyone thank you so much for watching this is another really quick Microsoft Word tip Im gonna be showing how to save a document as a PDF so when might this come in handy lets say that you in this scenario whipped up a resume and youre really proud of the format and you want it to look exactly the same on any computer no matter who opens this document up well theres always the fear that you know I just saved this as a Microsoft document a docx file what if someone opens it in a super old version of Word or Google Docs or pages on a macbook well the best way to guarantee that the formatting and everything looks exactly the same is to save it as a PDF so thats really simple in Microsoft Word you just want to come up to file click save as and change the file format to PDF so if you export that thats gonna go ahead and save it great you can see it saved off this PDF right here so if I double click and open that boom there it is as a PDF and it looks fantastic awesome thank you

How to convert Word to PDF with hyperlinks Open the Word document. Open the Microsoft Word application to access your documents. Pull up hyperlinks window. Insert the hyperlink into the document. Save the hyperlinks. Convert to a PDF.
