You can send a PDF copy of your document directly from Word. On the File menu, click Share Send PDF. Word will create a PDF file and attach it to a new email message.

Save a document as a PDF on Mac On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF. Choose a name and location for the PDF file. To protect your document with a password, click Security Options.
How Do I Convert My Documents to a PDF? The recommended way to create a PDF is to save your document as a PDF. Best way to create an ideal PDF is, Click FILE. SAVE AS Name the document. Change the Save as Type to PDF. Click SAVE. You will now have a PDF version of your document.
Open your Pages document, choose Share Send via Mail, and then choose Pages, Word, or PDF from the submenu.
Save emails as files or PDFs in Mail on Mac Save messages as files: Choose File Save As, then choose a format. Rich Text Format retains formatting (such as bold and italics), but Plain Text does not. Raw Message Source saves a single message in . eml format. Save messages as PDFs: Choose File Export as PDF.
On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF.
