hey its Mark Ferguson with investormore and Im back outside the post occupancy hoarder house and the cleanup is pretty much all done almost all the demo is done and now were kind of in a waiting game to move on and Ill talk about that what our plan is and then I am still not getting the money back from the seller for the post occupancy agreement he violated either and Ill talk about that too and what hes claiming on that and its supposed to be freezing this week in Colorado I think in a couple days our low is supposed to be minus 18 and this house has no heat so well talk about that too and what you can do to kind of help mitigate some of the damage in those situations although in this house I dont know if it freezing will do any more damage or not all right we love the likes love the comments love the shares of course so Ive seen new subscribers we had a lot of crazy stuff going on so weve had a lot of new subscribers to the channel uh if youve missed the story on this uh
