Go to the File menu and tap select Save As or Export. In the Save dialog box, there will be different file formats, so choose PDF. Select the desired PDF settings, such as image quality, compression, and encryption options. Choose a location to save the PDF file, give it a name, and click Save.
Alternatively, you can also use your Android phones native messaging app. Find the conversation or start a new one and press the + icon to select attachments for your message. Press the Files button to open File Manager, where you should locate the PDF you wish to send. Select the PDF and hit send.
Look in the Downloads folder. Open your Android app drawer by swiping up from the bottom of the screen. Select My Files (or File Manager). Once youre in the My Files app, select Downloads. You can tap the Browse icon at the bottom of your screen to search for a PDF quickly.
Send your documents from your Android with PDF software. Open the Acrobat app. Navigate to the PDF you wish to send. Tap the send icon on the top right portion of the screen. In the new dialog box, you have the option to share via email, or you can send a copy via Messages or other third-party apps such as WhatsApp.

Bear in mind, however, that some email services have file size limitations. For example, the limit if you have a Gmail account is 25 MB, and for Microsoft Outlook its 20 MB.

You can send PDFs to colleagues, contacts, and leads via email in Gmail. Log in to your Gmail account and click Compose to draft a new email. Enter the recipients email address and the subject of the email. Click the paperclip icon at the bottom of the compose window to attach a file.
