foreign Matthew Pierce and today Im going to show you how to email a PDF file using Gmail so first thing to do is log into Gmail once you get in there then you dont want to hit the compose button and compose your new email Im going to send it to my other email account and Im going to send a distimo PDF file send your message write your message we want to say then what you do is go down here where that little paper clip is it says attach files click on that maneuver in your desktop to wherever your PDF file is double click on that what that will do is that will attach it and right now you can see this this little bar here is slowly creeping over because it is downloading the PDF file to the server from actually its uploading its uploading from my laptop to the server which is the the Google laptop and then once it gets done doing that you can just hit the send button you can hit it now and itll itll take us time its its uploading attachments it says right here but thats all y

Save a message as a PDF file Open the message you want to save as a PDF. In the message, select More actions Print Print. In the Printer dropdown, select Microsoft Print to PDF. Select Print. In the Save Print Output As box, choose a folder to save your PDF to and enter a file name. Then choose Save.
To save an email as a PDF without using the Print feature, you can download your email as a . eml file and use an online tool to convert it to a PDF. Alternatively, you can try to download your email as an HTML file, and then convert it into a PDF.
To convert an email to a PDF, youll first need to navigate to the Print dialog box within the specific email you want to convert. The Print dialog box might be represented by a printer icon, or might be found under additional menu options. Click Print. Select Save As PDF or Export As PDF from the Print dialog box.
Save as PDF Open the file that you want to save as a PDF, and then tap File on your tablet or tap the File icon. on your phone. On the File menu, tap Print. If not already selected, tap Microsoft Print to PDF on your tablet or tap PDF on your phone. Tap Print. On your tablet, the Save Output As page appears.
Send your documents from your Android with PDF software. Open the Acrobat app. Navigate to the PDF you wish to send. Tap the send icon on the top right portion of the screen. In the new dialog box, you have the option to share via email, or you can send a copy via Messages or other third-party apps such as WhatsApp.
How to convert Gmail to a PDF. Open the desired email. Click on the printer icon to open the print dialog. Change the Destination selection to Print As PDF. Navigate to the desired location on your computer and click Save.
Once your emails are selected, click File Print. Choose the docHub PDF printer option, then choose Print. Search for where you wish to save the messages. Name your new PDF file and save it.
Simply upload your PDF document as an attachment to your mail message, click send, et voila! Bear in mind, however, that some email services have file size limitations. For example, the limit if you have a Gmail account is 25 MB, and for Microsoft Outlook its 20 MB.
