Follow the steps to send documents via USPS on Mac

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the DocHub website. Once there, log in to your account or create a new one if you haven't already.
  2. Upload the document you wish to send. You can do this by selecting the option to import files from your computer or directly from Google Drive.

Open the PDF file in the docHub Reader. Click on Edit from the menu along the top and select Copy File to Clipboard. Open the email you want to send and paste the file by holding down the Control key and then V, or right-click and select Paste from the menu.
Select Share in the File menu to open a new email message form. By default, the URL to the Web page is inserted into the email body and a drop-down menu appears under the Subject line. If you select the PDF option in the drop-down menu, the selected Web page is converted to a PDF and attached to the new message.
Choose File Print. Click the down arrow of the PDF pop-up menu, then do one of the following: Save the PDF to iCloud Drive: Choose Save to iCloud Drive. Send the PDF via email: Choose Send in Mail, type an email address in the To field, enter a message if you want, then click Send.
If you attempt to upload an attachment to Rich Text or Plain Text, it will add as a copy. If you use Rich Text format (RTF), any files you attach will show up as a copy in the message body. If you use Plain Text, any files you attach will show up below the subject line.
In the Mail app on your Mac, open the message youre writing. Click the Attachment button in the toolbar. Locate a file, select it, then click Choose File.
In the Mail app on your Mac, click the New Message button in the Mail toolbar. In the To field, type the email address you want to send the email to. You can also send emails to a group of email addresses from your Contacts app, or hide everyones email address to protect the privacy of your recipients.
In the Mail app on your Mac, do one of the following: For the current message: Choose Edit Attachments Insert Attachments at End. For all messages: From the Message viewer, choose Edit Attachments Always Insert Attachments at End of Message (a checkmark shows its on).
macOS Ventura 13 or later: Click Share. in the toolbar, then click Export and Send. macOS 12 or earlier: Choose File Send a Copy (from the File menu at the top of your screen), then click how you want to send the document.
