The PDF has usage-based restrictions You may have received an access-restricted PDF. The original author of the file may not have wanted other users to copy information directly out of the document and thus used a PDF editor to restrict those functions.
How to Copy PDF into Word ? Open the PDF you want to copy text from. Select the text you would like to copy. Right-click within the PDF. Select Copy Open the Word document you want to add the copied text to. Place your cursor where youd like to paste the text. Right-click within the Word file. Select Paste
Right-click the document, and choose Select Tool from the pop-up menu. Drag to select text, or click to select an image.
Once the PDF is open, use your mouse or touchpad to click and drag over the text you want to copy. This action will highlight the selected text. Right-click on the highlighted area (or use the appropriate keyboard shortcut) and select Copy from the context menu.
Open the PDF document using a PDF reader, such as docHub Reader. Select the text you want to extract by dragging your mouse cursor over the desired area. Right-click on the selected text and choose the Copy option. Open a text editor or word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs).
Heres how: Select the Edit menu, then choose Select All or simply press Ctrl + A (on Windows) or Command + A (on Mac). Right-click and select Copy or press Ctrl + C (Windows) or Command + C (Mac). Paste in your desired location.
There are three main reasons why you cannot copy and paste from a PDF: the file is locked, copy and paste options are restricted, or the PDF you received is a scanned or image file.
Choose Edit Copy to copy the text selected, or you can right-click on the selected text and then select Copy or Copy With Formatting. Since you want to keep the formatting, we suggest you choose the latter. Step 3. Now, you can open a Word file and paste the PDF content you copied to it.
