sharing my Brave browser settings, noting that there is some benefit to using default settings to blend in with other installs. I mention that privacy and security are constantly changing and what works for me now may evolve. I have used Safari, ungoogled chromium, and Firefox in the past, but currently prefer Brave for its security as a chromium-based browser. I only use Firefox when using Tor Browser. I recommend using my advice as a starting point for finding the best browser settings for you.
