The reason why you may need to know the font that has been used in a PDF, is so that you can closely replicate the written content if you are making any edits using a program like docHub. So this is very important to keep uniformity of a document. So, lets begin. And I already have the PDF file that I want to check the fonts that have been used. So all I need to do is right click open with docHub. And its going to open up inside here. And by default, youll notice that this particular text is a different font from what has been used here. And if we scroll down slightly, youll notice that this font is also different, and potentially a bunch of other fonts inside here. So to find out the fonts that have been used in this PDF, all

To do so open the Advanced Search window (Ctrl+Shift+F) and click Show More Options at the bottom. Then enter your search terms and select Match any of the words in the drop-down below them. Then click Search. Youll get a list of all the matches of either of the words you entered.
Choose Edit Find (Ctrl/Command+F). Type the text you want to search for in the text box on the Find toolbar. To replace text, click Replace With to expand the toolbar, then type the replacement text in the Replace With text box. Finds only occurrences of the complete word you type in the text box.
With the PDF opened in your browser, you can use quick keyboard shortcuts: Just select your text by highlighting it with your mouse. Then use CTRL + C (on Windows) or Command + C (on Mac) to copy text. Finally press CTRL + V (on Windows) or Command + V (on Mac) to paste the text where you want it.

How To Search for a Word in a PDF Using Any PDF Reader Open any PDF with your default PDF reader. Press CTRL+F (Windows) or CMD+F (Mac). In the text box, enter your search term. The first match will be highlighted. Press Enter or click the right arrow to navigate between the results.
Problem: Your PDFs Arent Searchable. It may be that you cant search your PDFs because they dont have any text in them. For example, if your PDF is a scanned document, its just a picture of a document. It doesnt have any actual text for Windows to index.
