In today's video, Siti demonstrates how to easily scan any document and convert it into a PDF file on Google Drive using an Android phone. To do this, you need to have the Google Drive app installed on your phone. Within the app, press the plus button and select the scan option. This will open your camera view, allowing you to snap a picture of the document you want to scan. Once done, the scanned document will be uploaded to your Google Drive.

Open File Explorer by clicking on the folder icon on your taskbar. In the navigation pane on the left, click on This PC or Quick Access. From there, navigate to either the Documents or Pictures folder. These folders are commonly used by scanning software as default save locations.
A five-step guide to searching a PDF on your Android. Navigate to the PDF reader on your phone and launch the application. Select the specific PDF you want to search. Look toward the upper right on your screen and locate the magnifying glass. Tap the magnifying glass and type in the text you want to search.
One of the main reasons why PDFs are not searchable is that they dont include any text. The PDF may be a scanned document or just an image-based document. If thats the case, then there is no searchable text. You can read the text within the image-based document, but the PDF tool cannot.
If you want to do Ctrl+F and search in a scanned PDF, the first thing you have to do is the OCR software download and convert the scan into a searchable PDF. Converting a scanned document into recognizable text is called Optical Character Recognition, or OCR. OCRvision is a searchable PDF automation software.
All it takes is a few simple steps, and youll be done quickly! Step 1: Open PDF and Access to the OCR Icon. Click on Open File to import the PDF. Step 2: Turn the Scanned PDF into Searchable. Once installed, click the same Recognize Text Using OCR button again. Step 3: Search Words in the Scanned PDF.
The document will be saved in the Gallery app, where you can view it at a later time. To open the document in the Samsung Notes app, first navigate to and open Samsung Notes, and then tap New note (the pencil icon). Tap Attach (the paper clip icon), then tap Image, and then tap Gallery.
Use the Find toolbar to quickly search the current PDF and replace text. Press Ctrl+F for Windows or Command + F for macOS to open the Find toolbar. Enter the word you want to search for.
