Downloaded files on a Samsung Galaxy s23 are stored in the default "Files" folder within the Samsung app folder. To access the downloaded files, tap on the "Files" folder and then open the folder called "My Files." If the files are not found there, they may be located in another place within the Samsung folder. The file manager organizes files by categories and allows for searching for specific files. The downloaded files are listed and arranged based on when they were downloaded.
