Use the Find toolbar to quickly search the current PDF and replace text. Press Ctrl+F for Windows or Command + F for macOS to open the Find toolbar. Enter the word you want to search for.

You can save all your Annotations or highlights into a . fdf or . xfdf file by clicking on the Annotation Import/Export and then Export Comment.
Yes, it is possible, but there is a caveat: before you begin highlighting, you have to enable a feature called Copy Selected text into Highlight, Strikethrough, and Underline comment pop-ups. Its in the File | Preferences | Commenting menu.
