This video tutorial demonstrates how to permanently rotate a PDF using DocHub. By opening the PDF in DocHub, selecting the page, and clicking on "rotate clockwise" under "organize pages", the PDF can be rotated to the desired orientation. Remember to save the changes by going to "file" and selecting "save". Repeat the process for multiple pages if needed.
