hey guys in this video im going to show you how you can create a circle to highlight a particular text in filmora now here is my clip that im editing right now and lets zoom it now for example at this point i want to highlight this text in the video so how can i do it its pretty simple you will go to titles and search for any uh titles format or a text format here i already have some of the plain text downloaded here so i can use any of that just try to use a super simple plain text drag and drop here and obviously it will insert a text but now what you want to do is double click remove this text go to advanced and under advance you will go to this add shape option you can add any shape you want for example i want to insert a circle so the circle will be initially inserted like this remove the text in the input uncheck the fill and basically uncheck all the other options as well only keep the shape border and then change the color to lets say i want this red color and you can inc

To convert text into vector shapes (and edit them like other vector layers), select your text layer and choose Layer Convert to Outlines. Or press ⌘ ⌥ O . If you apply a boolean operation to a text layer, it will have the same effect as converting to outlines but youll still be able to edit the text layer.

Replies (4)  Go to the starting point of the text you want to highlight. Hold down the shift key. While the shift key is held down, press the right arrow key to highlight the text going to the right side. Once you have covered the text you want to highlight, let go off the shift key.
Hold down the Ctrl key and the Shift key. Press the right arrow key to select the word to the right, or press the left arrow key to select the word to the left. Select one character at a time by holding down the Shift key and and using either arrow key (right or left).
Select the text and go to Text Type on Path, then drag it near the circle. It will snap awkwardly to the circle. Youll have to move the text layer around and watch it reposition inside the circle until you get what you want.
