(gentle upbeat music) I decided to redesign this email because I felt there were a few things that could be improved for a better experience for the customer. For one, there wasnt much branding on the email so at first glance its hard to know where this email is coming from. I also wanted to improve the hierarchy with a huge title of SHIPPED! so you know your item is on its way, along with a large product photo. Heres the before and after.
