How can you tell if a PDF is secure?

Using your computers basic docHub Reader software, you can determine the security settings of any PDF file. Double-click on the PDF file that you want to open. docHub Reader or Acrobat should open automatically. Click on the File menu. Click Properties. A new window opens on screen. Click the Security tab.

How do I remove password protection from a secured PDF?

Open the PDF file in docHub and enter the password to unlock the file. After the file is open, click on the Lock icon on the left and under Security Settings, click on Permission Details. Once you do that, click on Security set Security Method to No Security and click OK to remove the password.

Can you access a password protected PDF?

If your PDF file is protected with a permission password and you know the correct password, then you can use Google Drive to open it and remove the permission password as well.

How do I open a secured PDF file?
