This video tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing. To protect a document, right-click on the PDF file in Windows Explorer and select "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF Writer, go to the Printing and Viewing tab, deselect the allowed printing checkbox, and click "Publish." The protection status window confirms success. The protected PDF will have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing is disabled, as indicated by the greyed-out print icon in the viewer.
