This video demonstrates how to disable PDF printing by using the PDF writer. To do this, locate the document in Windows Explorer, right-click on the PDF, and select "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, go to the printing and viewing tab and make sure the allowed printing checkbox is deselected. Click "Publish" to confirm the protection status. The protected document will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer, preventing printing via keyboard shortcuts or the print icon.
