To combine multiple PDFs into one PDF document on your Mac, locate the PDFs you want to combine, open them all, select the PDF, go to edit, select all, then go to file, print, choose PDF, save as PDF, select what you want to save it as (e.g., one), choose where to save it, add any info, and click Save. This will combine all pages into one new PDF.

Steps to Scan to PDF on Mac Simply click the FileCreatePDF from Scanner button on the top menu (Home menu) on your Mac.
Scan a document or image in Preview on Mac Prepare the pages. Document-feeding scanner: Place the pages in the scanners document feeder. In the Preview app on your Mac, choose File Import from Scanner [scanner]. You see the Import dialog showing the overview scan being prepared. Set scanning options. Click Scan.
To print multiple pages per sheet of paper: Click the Pages per Sheet pop-up menu in the Layout section (you may need to scroll down), then choose the number of pages to appear on each printed page.
You can quickly combine multiple files into a PDF right from your desktop or a Finder window. On your Mac, click the Finder icon in the Dock to open a Finder window. Select the files you want to combine into a PDF. Control-click the selected files, then choose Quick Actions Create PDF.
Select your scanner in the left bar. Click the Show Details button on the bottom of the window. Change the Format field to PDF Now the Combine into single document checkbox appears.

Use Preview to combine PDFs on your Mac Open a PDF in Preview. Choose View Thumbnails to show page thumbnails in the sidebar. To indicate where to insert the other document, select a page thumbnail. Choose Edit Insert Page from File.* From the file dialogue, select the PDF that you want to add, then click Open.
