This video tutorial demonstrates how to combine multiple scanned pages into a single PDF document using an HP Envy 6400 series printer. The first step is to connect the printer to a smartphone by pressing the round Wi-Fi button on the back of the printer until the light turns purple. Then, download the HP Smart app on your smartphone and follow the instructions to pair the devices. This process works with any printer similar to the HP Envy 6452e.

Scan a document , then choose Scan Documents. Position iPhone so that the document page appears on the screen; iPhone automatically captures the page. Scan additional pages, then tap Save when youre done. The document is saved as a PDF in the note.
Press Scan on your printer. Once you have scanned your pages, youll have two options: Save or Save and continue scanning. Click the Save and continue scanning option to scan multiple pages to PDF. Click the Save option and then select Save as PDF to finish.
