[Music] sometimes its necessary to scan multiple pages and compile them into a single PDF document to send to your coworker using PDF element they wont have to open and read through each individual file Ill show you how to scan multiple pages into a single PDF document lets get started when you see the PDF element startup menu head over to the home screen by clicking the Left arrow icon in the top left corner under the home menu click from scanner in the option window we can select our own scanner from this drop-down menu you can choose recognized text also known as OCR if youre scanning text documents then hit scan to start scanning choose the documents or images from your scanner then hit get picture then pick scan more pages because we need to scan again once we finish scanning will choose scan is complete to end the process now all of your scanned documents or images have been combined into PDF and theyre ready for editing or archiving lets save the file by going to the file

Step 1: Go to the SmallPDF website and click on the Merge PDF button. Step 2: Click on the Choose Files button and select the files you wish to combine.
