This, and this is all you need to replace Dropbox and Google Drive. Youre gonna use this to make your own cloud. In this video, I just might convince you to stop using Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, whatever it is, even if youre a business, lets kick that sucker to the curb. I almost pull a muscle. Most of us paid Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive to host and keep our data in the cloud, giving them control of our data. That feels good, doesnt it? But hey, we do get a little bit of convenience in return, right? We can easily share all these files and we have the peace of mind that its always gonna be there and accessible until Google decides it shouldnt be. Or they change their prices or they go down or they get . All of these things have happened. So the solution is to create your own, create your own clout, host your own stuff. Now, this is actually crazy simple. All youre gonna need seriously is a computer. It could be a spare laptop with a little external hard drive. It could

When you work with numbers, setting a decimal tab makes numbers, such as amounts of currency, align correctly in a column. If you dont see the ruler at the top of your document, go to View Ruler.
Add a Number or Currency field in Design view Open the table in Design View. In the Field Name column, select the first blank row, and then type a name for the field. Select the adjacent cell in the Data Type column, and then select Number, Large Number, or Currency from the list. Save your changes.
Currency format Create a table with a field of type Currency. In the lower pane of table design view, set the Format property to Currency. Save the table, and close the database. Open the Windows Control Panel. Go to Regional Options, and change the Currency setting. Open your database again.
Tip: To quickly apply the Currency format, select the cell or range of cells that you want to format, and then press Ctrl+Shift+$. Like the Currency format, the Accounting format is used for monetary values. But, this format aligns the currency symbols and decimal points of numbers in a column.
To format a numeric merge field, use the \# switches. For example, to display a currency field as $125.23, the merge field should be defined as {MERGEFIELD myObject. myField \# $#,##0.00} . To format a date merge field, use the \@ switches.
In the Symbol box, click the currency symbol that you want. Note: If you want to display a monetary value without a currency symbol, you can click None. In the Decimal places box, enter the number of decimal places that you want for the number.
