Click the Download My Data button under the Export Data row. Check the data you wish to export under the Request a New Export tab. Click the Prepare My Data To Download button to start the export process.

Options for submitting form data You create FDF files in Acrobat by choosing Advanced Forms Export Forms Data (Acrobat 6 Professional) or File Export Form Data (Acrobat 5. x). In docHub Reader 6 and later, you can export form data from a PDF file.
