She converts an Excel invoice template into a PDF and sets up calculating fields for quantity, price, subtotal, tax rate, sales tax, other, and total. To save the file as a PDF, she goes to File, Save a copy, names the file, selects PDF as the file type, and saves it. The PDF opens in Acrobat for further editing.
