In the Contacts app on your Mac, click the Add button at the bottom of the window, then choose New Contact (or use the Touch Bar).
Select Safari in the menu bar at the top of the screen. When the drop-down menu appears, select Preferences. Select the Search tab at the top of the screen that opens to show Safaris Search preferences in two sections: Search engine and Smart Search Field.
If you dont want to see suggested search terms, go to Settings Safari, then turn off Search Engine Suggestions.
You can save a document at any time. Save a document: In a document, choose File Save, enter a name, choose where to save the document (to show more locations, click the down arrow button ), then click Save. Save a document with another name: In a document, choose File Save As, then enter a new name.
Change search default on Mac Launch Safari. In the menu bar, select Safari and then Settings. Select the Search tab. Select the Search engine drop-down box to see and change between available search engines.
In the Safari app on your Mac, press Command-F. Type a word or phrase in the search field that appears in the top-right corner.
In the Contacts app on your Mac, choose File Import, select the file, change the encoding if necessary, then click Open. If youre importing a text file, review the field labels.
Search for something On your Mac, do one of the following: Click the Spotlight icon (if shown) in the menu bar. Press Command-Space bar. Press (if available) in the row of function keys on the keyboard.
