They show how to sign a blank piece of paper, take a photo with a phone, email the image to yourself, use the snipping tool from Microsoft to save the signature as a PNG file. This transparent PNG can then be placed into letter templates or other documents for personal use.

Open the file in docHub, draw a box around your signature, right-click in the box, and select Save Image As. Use a temporary location like your desktop, or a permanent location, such as a shared drive.
Using a Copier Sign a blank sheet of copy paper. Use the copier in your department to scan the page. Make sure you set the file type to JPG. Save the file to a location where it will be easily accessible. Using an app of your choosing, crop the scanned image to remove excess white space.
You need a scanner to do this. Write your signature on a piece of paper. Scan the page and save it on your computer in a common file format: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG.
How to Digitally Sign a Google Doc Insert - Drawing - +New. Click the arrow next to the Line icon. Select Scribble. Draw your signature. Adjust as you see fit. Click Save and Close. Move your signature to where it needs to be.
Step 3: Draw Your Handwritten Signature or Upload an Image File of Your Signature Click the Select line down arrow and select Scribble in the line tool. A cursor will appear. Click the Save and Close button. Your signature will now appear in the body of your document.
From the Insert menu, select Drawing - New. Use the line type Scribble to create your signature using the mouse or touchscreen. Then click Save and Close.
To add a digital signature, open your Microsoft Word document and click where youd like to add your signature line. From the Word ribbon, select the Insert tab and then click Signature Line in the Text group. A Signature Setup pop-up box appears. Enter your information in the text fields and click OK.
Now, save your document by clicking on the Done Signing button in the signing pane on the right side of the screen. Youll see the Done Signing message appear. Click Confirm to continue. Now, save your document.
